Hope ya get paid Anthony but isn't this kinda like asking CBS for a refund on your Volvo because the advertisements on CBS made you buy one and then it broke down with no warranty? I really do hope ya get paid but it's hard to expect theRX to cover the losses on something like this. Best of luck.

i tried justbet to play with another site sponsor.

they said ntg over $500 well that was pretty useless to me. and this thing about the guys not here today try tomorrow/hes not there tomorrow this sort of BS.

I absolutely agree with you on SS -he has had a bad habit of speaking for these books or contacts with the books. seems like a bunch of BS as well to me.

now I use BTJM when I want to bet - their limits are a little limiting but you know what - they have a whole different atmosphere at that place - where its make the customer happy - do the right thing.

and basically thats your problem - too much money at a sh.t book and not any at a good book. I agree the RX should be much more vocal about this but we have had this discussion here before and more people took the opposite view... so your probably out of luck.

anthony,

I assume that wilheim has all of your information regarding this case? wilheim is off until Friday.

for the record, I do not know eve personally, secondly, I promoted LazerWager in the same way that I promote other books on this site and new sponsors, I feel sick about the fact that they have not paid all of their debts to date, but to implicate me in this, or to suggest that my promotions of the sportsbook when they first came on are reasons that TheRX should be held responsible for this debt is inaccurate.

regardles, wilheim and the rest of TheRX.com team will do whatever we can to make sure that you get paid as well as others who are owed, that I can promise you.

THIS IS THE QUESTION.....WHAT CAN THE RX REALLY DO. IF NOTHING SAY NOTHING. I AM TRYING TO GET THIS HANDLED THROUGH POLITICS. BUT THIS WONT GO AWAY. PEACEFUL RESOLUTION WOULD BE GREAT. THIS IS WAY TOO MUCH MONEY TO JUST TOSS ASIDE.

Dude...it's tossed aside...get over it.

I had IM communication with a guy called BOB over there, but that ended very early, as BOB was either let go or quit and was no longer the GM over there.

I also had IM communication with another guy called FRED, he was working with Lazer Marketing, but I beleive has since left as well.

At the time of promoting Lazer to RX members, I mentioned that I had good contacts and communication with employees of (Lazer), which I did.

You are correct with your statement. BUT

Dont you think this was a red flag? AND what were you supposed to do?

The botttom line is the money from the advertising. Someone had to make a call here at the RX.

Still my question, is what can the RX do? Can THERX do something? Or nothing?

anthony, I am not going to get into a long drawn out debate with you here, however, I will answer your question.

I did not think the change from one GM to another was any more of a RED FLAG than it is with any business or company changing GM's.

Business is business, changes happen every day, and "red flags" are missed every day. Look at the mortgage/financial crisis in the USA today..... didnt those in charge of regulations see a red flag when all these wacko loans were given out by banks? Coudnt anyone of seen this coming?

apparently not, because we now stand where we are today, with banks going bankrupt due to the irresponsible loans they gave out.

TheRX pulled Lazer from the advvertising as soon as it became clear that their payments to their customers were being delayed.

Wilheim has worked with them and with all owed RX members since then, we still hope for the best.

Anthony...you are going overboard here...do you have any idea the ridiculousness of your request? If, and Im not saying this would even be considered, cuz it shouldn't...but IF RX DID pay you...do you have ANY idea HOW MANY jerkoffs would come out of the woodwork and want money from them as well??? That would set a very dangerous precident....

You'd be better off screaming at the Costa Rican government saying one of thier businesses stole your money and you want it back!
I cant believe that by now you havent realized that you've been fucked...get over it...

Now, Sportsavant, can you please send me a personal message with the proper people in charge of that place. I would like to have their personal information. Send it to my e-mail..I want to speak with the owners.

For the record

The Rx.com had already pulled down their banner yet he continued to play therefore there is no way he can make The Rx. responsible for his balance that is owed to him at the point in time.

There are no guarantees that we will pay balances for any or our sponsors especially ones that ae no longer sponsors on the site while the player continued to play at the particular book.

I normally don't post about 'behind the scenes' dealings, but in this situation I am hoping it will help. We have been in contact with Lazer about these payments and they were basically telling us the same thing as the customers.

However, communications seems to have broken down, which is a bad sign. If we don't have some sort of resolution by the end of today, we will have no choice but to take them down

For The Record - posted after the LW Baner was long ago pulled down.

I have been totally honest with AnthonyNap in every communication from day one. Basically acting as a middle man and telling him what I was being told by LazerWager, which in turn was exactly the same information that my contact person (Marketing Director Fred) at LazerWager was being told and passing along to me..

Unfortunately it appears that the information I was given and passed along to Anthony turned out to be inaccurate. I believe that my contact (Fred) was giving me information that he believed to be truthfull just as I believed the same when I passed it on to Anthony. I have 51 emails to and from Anthony alone regarding this situation.

I do want to make it clear by saying that I never in any of the 51 emails encouraged Anthony to keep betting at LazerWager. Anthony informed me back on April 5th that he had the future on Big Brown at 16-1. There never was any dialogue regarding Anthony and his partner betting while waiting to get paid. They both wagered of their own free will and not at my urging.

As it stands right now LazerWager is still in business and hopefully will pay Anthony sooner than later. I am not giving up and will continue to bring up the issue with LazerWager management at least once a week if not more often. Also LazerWager has my home phone and has promised to call me if anything develops.

Thank you, wilheim..
